A key member of the Branch Merchandising team, the Trading Merchandise Assistant assists the department with day-to-day tasks, to help maximise sales and profit. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in merchandising as part of a dedicated team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:- Review previous weeks sales performance at store sharing information and supporting colleagues.
- You lead by example through your behaviours and professional approach to work, inspiring your colleagues and driving for results.
- You communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring that the message is understood by all.
- Experience within a similar role is advantageous
- Experience within a sports/fashion retailer is advantageous
- Highly numerate and strong commercial focus
- Computer literate and ability to learn new systems
- Highly organised, good prioritisation and time management skills
- Self-motivated and a proactive worker
- Curious with a continuous learning mindset
