A key member of the Branch Merchandising team, the Trading Merchandise Assistant assists the department with day-to-day tasks, to help maximise sales and profit. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in merchandising as part of a dedicated team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Review previous weeks sales performance at store sharing information and supporting colleagues.
Leadership:
  • You lead by example through your behaviours and professional approach to work, inspiring your colleagues and driving for results.
Communication:
  • You communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring that the message is understood by all.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:
  • Experience within a similar role is advantageous
  • Experience within a sports/fashion retailer is advantageous
  • Highly numerate and strong commercial focus
  • Computer literate and ability to learn new systems
  • Highly organised, good prioritisation and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and a proactive worker
  • Curious with a continuous learning mindset
