As a Floor Manager at JD Sports you will drive strong shop‑floor performance, support daily operations, motivate your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
- Drive commercial performance through effective shop‑floor execution, merchandise presentation, inventory replenishment and motivating the team.
- Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement and adherence to JD policies and processes.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and maintaining a clean, organised floor environment.
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
- Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance.
- Passionate about JD brand, retail trends and delivering a standout customer experience.
