As a Store Colleague at JD Group, you will play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience every day, greeting customers, checking stock, maintaining displays and store presentation, and supporting daily store tasks such as till work and restocking.

Hourly Rate: £12.81

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
  • Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy and fully replenished – ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
  • Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking and following all safety and store guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn, take on new tasks and grow your skills in a supportive store environment.
