Responsibilities and Objectives
- Responsible for the implementation and operation of Workday products, including basic HR, attendance, recruitment, performance, payroll, etc. in JINGDONG international department.
- Deeply involved in the implementation and optimization of Workday system, through process re-engineering and efficiency improvement, to support the digital transformation.
- Cooperate closely with HR team to ensure the timeliness and quality of product iteration and innovation and to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Collect user feedback on a regular basis, analyze product operation data and provide decision support for product improvement to maximize product value.
- Focus on industry dynamics and cutting-edge technologies, explore and introduce innovative ideas to keep Workday solutions advanced internationally.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above and major is not limited but computer science, software engineering, management information system and other related majors are preferred.
- 5-10 years of Workday implementation, promotion, configuration, integration and other related work experience, in-depth understanding of the product lifecycle management; experience in large enterprises or well-known Internet companies is preferred.
- Skilled in the configuration of multiple modules of Workday, able to form the optimal program for the user's departmental needs and execute the landing.
- Familiar with the best practices in various fields of HR and the characteristics of HR management in various countries and the user habits of various roles and capable of back-propagating HR business changes from a product perspective.
- Fluent in English; Chinese is preferred.
