Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Take full charge of the overall management of warehousing quality control work, ensure the standardization of warehousing processes, improve warehousing efficiency and quality, and meet the needs of rapid business development.
  2. Develop and optimize quality control strategies according to business requirements, implement quality control measures, ensure that the warehousing links comply with standards, and reduce the error rate.
  3. Be responsible for on-site warehousing management, supervise the operation process, identify and solve potential risks, and ensure the safety of warehousing operations.
  4. Collaborate closely with the team, promote cross-departmental communication and cooperation, ensure the achievement of quality control objectives, and contribute to the continuous and stable development of the business.

Job Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to logistics management, supply chain management, quality management, etc. are preferred.
  2. Work Experience: No restrictions. Those with relevant work experience in warehousing management, quality monitoring, process optimization, etc. are preferred.
  3. Professional Competency: Be familiar with warehousing and logistics processes, possess knowledge and practical experience in quality control management; be able to use data analysis tools for problem diagnosis and continuous improvement.
  4. Business Understanding: Have a good business sense, understand the development trends of the logistics industry, and be able to plan quality control work in combination with business requirements.
  5. Fluent in English
