Your Role As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead warehouse operations, ensuring smooth functionality, safety, and productivity. Fluency in Chinese is mandatory to facilitate communication with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide warehouse teams to meet daily operational goals effectively.
• Manage inventory processes, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with Chinese-speaking teams and translate key communications when required.
• Analyze operational metrics and propose improvements to optimize workflows and productivity.
• Maintain clear and accurate inventory records for seamless logistics operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, including a leadership role.
• Mandatory fluency in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and operational reporting tools.
• Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is required for this role
