You will collaborate with International Development and Asset Management teams to drive cost-efficiency and supply chain reliability.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy: Formulate UK-specific procurement plans that align with global business objectives and local project timelines.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate a high-performing supplier base in the UK, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and material suppliers.
- Execution: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, utilizing ERP systems to ensure transparency, cost-control, and timely delivery.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience in UK industrial/logistics projects.
- Market Knowledge: Expert knowledge of UK construction law, JCT/NEC contracts, and local cost benchmarking.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English. (No other language requirements).
