Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive professional growth across our organization. You’ll work closely with various business lines to build a robust talent development system and manage training programs that enhance our workforce's skills and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Development System Construction
- Engage in in-depth discussions with internal teams to map career pathways from new hires to senior professionals.
- Develop a company-wide view of talent development aligned with product knowledge and system capabilities.
Course Design and Development
- Design and develop engaging training content covering professional, general, and leadership skills.
- Apply modern instructional design methods and tools to create practical and effective learning solutions.
Training Project Management
- Analyze training needs and manage end-to-end learning projects, including learning maps, workshops, and incentives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and use feedback to refine and document best practices.
Curriculum Management
- Build and manage a robust training curriculum using both internal and external resources.
- Continuously update and improve content to meet evolving organizational needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year in training or learning & development roles.
- Experience in the logistics, warehousing, or transportation sector is a strong plus.
Skills
- Proven ability to manage at least two large-scale training or talent development projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English.
- High execution ability with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
