Key Responsibilities
- EndâtoâEnd Project Management: Lead delivery of global Talent Acquisition CoE projects across the core pillars of Recruitment Channels and Top Talent Relationship.
- Strategic Partnership Management & Talent Market Intelligence: Manage headhunting vendor relationships, maintain partnerships, and provide critical market intelligence to support recruitment strategies.
- Strategic Project Management: Define project scope, KPIs, and timelines; ensure onâtime delivery aligned with organizational goals.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration: Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Branding, and vendors to drive program success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate working sessions, governance reviews, and progress updates for global and regional stakeholders.
- Global Standardization: Develop frameworks, toolkits, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across regions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in TA project management or TA channel management. Proven track record managing complex, multiâstakeholder projects globally or regionally. Strong grasp of TA lifecycle metrics and operational levers.
- Skills & Competencies: Project and change management expertise. Exceptional problemâsolving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.
