About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early‑career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Planning and Implementation: Based on company staffing needs and business development requirements, formulate talent acquisition plans and recruitment strategies; oversee the entire recruitment process for key positions, including resume screening, interviews, and onboarding, to ensure recruitment targets are met on time and company talent needs are fulfilled.
  • Channel Expansion and Optimization: Conduct market research to identify talent trends, develop and maintain a diversified recruitment channel portfolio, such as campus partnerships, executive search, and online platforms; evaluate channel effectiveness and continuously optimize the channel mix to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Talent Pool and Management: Conduct industry and talent research to implement strategic talent reserve plans; build and maintain a talent database, regularly update candidate information, and identify potential candidates to support the company’s long‑term talent needs.
  • Process Optimization and System Development: Participate in the establishment and improvement of the company’s recruitment process and system; optimize operational standards for each recruitment stage; promote standardization of recruitment practices, enhance interviewer capabilities, and improve the candidate experience to build a strong employer brand.
  • Data Management and Decision Support: Collect and analyze recruitment data such as recruitment completion rate, channel effectiveness, and talent retention rate; generate data reports to support recruitment strategy adjustments and resource allocation, and continuously optimize talent acquisition efforts.
