The Opportunity: Your Mission

We need a visionary content leader. You will be the architect of our entire User Generated Content (UGC) engine—transforming our customer review and Q&A ecosystem from a passive feature into our most powerful growth lever. Your goal: make user-generated content the #1 reason customers choose us and keep coming back.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build the Strategy: Define the 3-year vision and own the P&L for the review ecosystem. Establish and relentlessly track core KPIs (Review Velocity, Video Review %, Content Conversion Lift).
  • Engineer the Ecosystem: Design the full user journey—from post-purchase prompting to smart incentives, from quality moderation to impactful display. Partner with Product to ship features that make sharing effortless.
  • Activate the Community: Launch viral review campaigns and a "Vine-style" elite reviewer program. Cultivate a dedicated community of power users and micro influencers who create the authentic content that drives sales.
  • Unlock with Data: Move beyond vanity metrics. Your deep-dive analysis will pinpoint how specific review content impacts conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Leadership: Be the central voice for UGC. Align with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Category teams to embed a "community-first" mindset across the company.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A proven track record (5+ years) in building and scaling UGC, community, or content ecosystems, preferably within a major e-commerce or content platform.
  • Deep expertise in user motivation systems and a portfolio of creative campaigns that drove measurable user-generated growth.
  • A data-obsessed mindset. You’re skilled at translating complex data (using SQL, Tableau, or similar) into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Masterful project management skills, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from a blank page to global impact.
  • Exceptional strategic and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and rallying teams around a shared vision.
  • Professional English proficiency for consuming market intelligence and leading global discussions.
