- Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial/logistics or real estate procurement, with at least 3 full-cycle projects in the UK.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK procurement markets, RICS standards, local cost benchmarks, and planning/authority charges.
- Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
