We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse facilities in our Outbound team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of warehouse operations, including:
- Overseeing the receiving and shelving of purchased goods, ensuring accurate receipt, quality inspection, and proper shelving within the warehouse.
- Managing the receiving team, providing guidance, task assignment, performance monitoring, and training as necessary to ensure efficient and accurate completion of daily tasks.
- Coordinating with procurement and sales teams to confirm delivery schedules, address receiving exceptions promptly, and ensure timely delivery of goods by communicating with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse processes, implementing best practices, and developing strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Ensuring all received goods meet quality standards, maintaining shelf accuracy through regular audits and inspections, and taking corrective action as needed.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous warehouse management experience preferably in Outbound.

- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by operational demands.
