We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of warehouse operations, including:
- Receiving and Shelving: Oversee the receiving and shelving of purchased goods, ensuring accurate receipt, quality inspection, and proper shelving within the warehouse.
- Team Management: Manage the receiving team, providing guidance, task assignment, performance monitoring, and training as necessary to ensure efficient and accurate completion of daily tasks.
- Coordination: Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to confirm delivery schedules, address receiving exceptions promptly, and ensure timely delivery of goods by communicating with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Process Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes, implement best practices, and develop strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Quality Control: Ensure all received goods meet quality standards, maintain shelf accuracy through regular audits and inspections, and take corrective action as needed.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Previous warehouse management experience preferably in Inventory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by operational demands.
