Job Duties:
- Responsible for the recruitment tasks of various positions across the UK and Europe.
- Inviting candidates for interviews, arranging the interview process, promptly following up on candidate status, providing regular feedback on recruitment, understanding the salary benchmarks for similar roles in the industry, and analyzing the company\’s competitive position.
- Timely follow-up on the onboarding of employees, monitoring their transition and conversion status, and promoting the benefits of internal advancement.
- Developing recruitment channels and strategies to attract top talent.
- Independently managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5-8 years of working experience; extensive recruitment experience is essential.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations, strong communication skills, adept at improvisation, and proficient in managing emergencies.
- Proactive with exceptional communication and learning abilities. Responsible, approachable, and committed to supporting and serving others.
- Fluency in English is required; native German speaker preferred.
