Responsibilities
- Research the international logistics real estate market and analyze economic indicators related to real estate.
- Assist in domestic and overseas investment, M&A and transaction projects, including but not limited to transaction structure design, investment valuation, investment report preparation, due diligence, legal document negotiation, deal closing and other related work.
- Monitor changes in the capital market, and prepare market research reports and risk analyses for investment projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant working experience; experience in overseas real estate investment and M&A is preferred.
- Ability to perform investment valuation and build financial models; CPA or CFA qualification is preferred.
- Excellent English reading, writing and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and efficiently with a strong sense of responsibility and good resilience under pressure.
