Develop and revise a comprehensive safety management system in accordance with US and Mexican laws, regulations, and company policies. Drive the implementation of safety processes in operations and enforce control measures. Formulate emergency response plans and procedures for various operational incidents, establish emergency response teams, safety committees, and other mechanisms to ensure safe business operations.

Build and optimize a loss prevention management system based on business development needs. Prevent asset loss through data management, investigations and audits, process improvements, and security company management.

Conduct investigations into abnormal incidents, prepare detailed reports, develop corrective actions for identified risks or gaps, and review the outcomes of rectification.

Regularly maintain and service all on-site safety facilities and monitoring equipment.

Collect and analyze national/state laws and regulations on safety and loss prevention, and ensure compliance with corresponding standards.

Maintain regular communication and close collaboration with fire departments and police agencies, and demonstrate the ability to handle emergency incidents effectively.

Assess operational risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and protect company personnel, tangible and intangible assets to support sustainable business growth.

Oversee safety management for the in-house transportation fleet and drivers, establishing and implementing a fleet management system to reduce transportation accident rates.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese or English. Work experience in safety management, loss prevention, risk management, inspection, or related fields. Understanding of online business processes.
