Demonstrate strong data analysis capabilities to identify issues and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth coordination and alignment.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, including 3+ years in lean management or process optimization. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Solid knowledge of lean management methodologies, with hands-on experience in data analysis and continuous improvement. Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication and withstand work pressure. Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
