What You'll Do

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives for regional operations and take accountability for departmental data performance.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and problem resolution.

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, including 3+ years in quality improvement, process optimization, or lean management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong data analysis skills with practical experience in driving continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
