Position Summary
As a DC Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of warehouse operations within our bulky-item distribution center. You will play a critical role in identifying non-compliance issues and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities – Perform audits on inbound, outbound, and storage processes – Monitor quality metrics and prepare reports – Investigate root causes of operational defects – Drive corrective and preventive actions – Support staff training on quality standards and procedures
