About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Insurance & Extended Warranty Services to lead the strategy, product design, and lifecycle management of insurance and warranty offerings across our European e-commerce platform.

This role plays a key part in shaping Joybuy’s customer experience and value-added services by building a scalable, competitive, and customer-focused insurance ecosystem that enhances post-purchase confidence and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance and extended warranty services — from market research and product design to launch and continuous optimisation.
  • Design and implement innovative protection plans across categories such as consumer electronics and home appliances, defining pricing, coverage, and service workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage procurement, sales coordination, fulfilment, and issue resolution post-launch.
  • Use customer insights and performance data to enhance product design and service quality, improving satisfaction and competitiveness.
