Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for industry planning, merchant development, resource expansion (actively introducing new merchants and suppliers with potential), formulating medium- and long-term plans, and achieving performance improvement;
- Responsible for optimizing merchant levels, providing guidance and support to merchants, and helping category merchants improve operational capabilities through various data analyses;
- Based on the company and department's strategic deployment, effectively communicate with merchants to obtain suggestions for departmental development and formulate feasible improvement plans;
- Understand the industry development of the category, know the key products of the category, pay attention to the dynamics of competitors, maintain cooperative relationships with key merchants in the category, and continuously increase the category's business share and influence in the industry.
Job Requirements:
- Deeply rooted in the fashion industry, with 4-8 years of experience in operating/recruiting merchants on cross-border import platforms, possessing resources from major European personal shoppers or logistics forwarding companies to connect with merchants;
- Excellent data analysis skills, knowledgeable about fashion trends and hot items, and capable of overcoming supply barriers in merchant recruitment;
- Understanding of the European fashion supply chain, knowing the supply characteristics and trending brands of various countries, and understanding of discount seasons;
- Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, fluent in English as a working language, possessing a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
