Job Responsibilities
- Prepare filings and track applications for licenses, certifications, and permits for the operation of online retail business (such as liquor license, payment license, transportation license, importation licenses etc.) across Europe and UK;
- Oversee product compliance issues including product labels and certifications;
- Research and analyze applicable laws and regulations around permits and product compliance;
- Support the oversight of regulatory matters and strategy implementation to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations;
- Interact with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process;
- Monitor compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations.
Qualification
- Law degree in UK or a major European country;
- Over five years of Permitting/Licensing and Product Compliance experience.
