Operations Support (JD STAR Graduate Program) – JD.COM, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing fixed assets and consumables in the self-operated warehouse.
  • Handle procurement-related tasks for the warehouse; assist the warehouse manager in liaising with the headquarters sourcing team to complete supplier onboarding, local procurement, acceptance, and cost settlement.
  • Communicate labor planning needs with local staffing agencies, track labor attendance, and manage the LMS (Labor Management System) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle cost accruals for the self-operated warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Graduated between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026, with a bachelor\\\’s degree or above through the unified admission system.
  • Majors related to logistics management, logistics engineering, mathematics and statistics, management science and engineering, or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas clearly, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering solutions.
  • Chinese and English language skills are a plus.
  • Relevant industry internship experience.
