JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a cluster manager for last mile operations across multiple depots within a defined geographic area. You will oversee People, Safety, Performance and Quality on-site and report to the Director for Last Mile Operations.
You will lead multi-site teams, manage resource planning, travel between sites, and coordinate with partners and country/regional teams to drive service excellence and compliance across the cluster.
