Key Responsibilities

  • IT operation and maintenance management
  • Install, configure, and maintain network devices and servers, perform routine maintenance and on-site troubleshooting for information systems laptop end devices and networks.
  • Maintain company computers, printers, audiovisual conferencing systems, and other office equipment and systems.
  • Handle daily incident tickets, problem tickets, and other workflow tasks according to IT department requirements and processes.
  • IT digitalization workplace construction in New office
  • Responsible for the overall network architecture design and implementation, leading the planning, deployment and launch of the wireless Wi-Fi network to ensure that the signal fully covers all office areas, with IT infrastructure construction of computer room, cabinet and integrated cabling standards.
  • Network security system construction, firewall and data center security tunnel construction, optimization for WAN accessing architecture.
  • Build and maintain conference room facilities in accordance with group standards to ensure the high quality and stability of the conference meeting.
  • Responsible for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of daily office systems, including printers service, monitoring system and so on.
  • Basic laptop management capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with desktop environments and operating systems, capable of troubleshooting user desktops and terminals; understanding of Active Directory (AD) architecture, DHCP, DNS management, and security access authentication.
  • Proficient in routing, switching, security, VPN, NLB, and other network technologies; familiar with mainstream network devices and solutions; experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Holding a mid-level or higher certification from a major network vendor is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Able to adapt to business trips and be responsible for the construction of other workplaces in Europe; adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
