System Development & Advancement: Conduct market research to drive the standardization, configuration, and productization of supply chain business systems. Shorten project onboarding cycles and ensure systems are better aligned with business needs and market changes, while continuously improving overall system performance.
Produce industry-specific documentation on system capabilities, and coordinate product and engineering resources to drive solution implementation and delivery, meeting customer needs and strengthening the company's service capabilities in the relevant market.
Testing Coordination & Reporting: Oversee the development of UAT test cases and test plan confirmation. Organize and coordinate cross-functional teams to participate in testing, produce comprehensive UAT test reports, and ensure system functionality meets quality standards.
Project Management & Risk Control: Take ownership of complex projects from planning through delivery. Identify and manage potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and successful outcomes.
Documentation & Training Support: Develop and maintain system implementation documentation, including user guides, training materials, and best practice resources. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal teams and customers to drive system adoption and effective usage.
Implement continuous improvement processes to constantly enhance system service quality and project implementation efficiency.
Experience: Proven experience in system solutions, business analysis, or supply chain system implementation. Proficient in office software and system documentation tools. Solid data analysis and management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, and deliver results on schedule. Experience with UAT processes and quality assurance is highly desirable.
