Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment and Implementation: Deeply understand the strategic goals of business departments, formulate matching human resources strategies and plans, and drive the implementation of HR policies, systems, and key projects within business units. Promote the deep integration of business strategy and HR strategy to ensure the human resource needs of business development are met.
- Organizational and Talent Management: Conduct organizational diagnosis and talent inventory, optimize organizational structure, and build a talent pipeline. Responsible for talent recruitment, development, performance management, and provide professional HR solutions to business departments. Enhance organizational capability and talent competitiveness to support continuous business growth.
- Employee Relations Management: Establish communication channels with employees, monitor their thoughts and career development needs, and handle employee appeals and labor disputes. Strengthen employee care, foster a positive organizational atmosphere, improve employee engagement and satisfaction, and build a harmonious and stable labor relationship.
- Cultural Inheritance and Development: As a company culture ambassador, promote the recognition and practice of corporate culture within business departments. Organize cultural activities to foster a positive team culture. Monitor the implementation of company values and management philosophies in business units to support healthy organizational development.
- Data and Decision Support: Analyze HR data to identify organizational and team issues, and provide decision‑making support to business leaders. Adjust HR strategies based on business changes, optimize work processes, innovate management practices, and improve HR service efficiency and business collaboration effectiveness.
