Customs Operations(Last Mile)
What You'll Do
- Manage warehouse entry reservations
- Monitor full cargo flow from destination port to warehouse
- Follow up on booking, pickup, customs declaration and clearance
- Track shipment status and resolve exceptions in a timely manner
- Manage operational data for cross-border businesses
- Analyze overall operational performance in Europe and propose optimization plans
- Maintain logistics operation ledgers
- Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity
- Generate operation reports and KPI data
About You
- Industry Experience: 3 years or above
- Position-related Experience: 3 years or above
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English
- Professional Skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; candidates with customs or cross-border trade professional training are preferred
