Document Review follow up on missing or abnormal documents to reduce customs delay risks. Customs Clearance Tracking: Monitor customs clearance progress in real time, record milestone timelines, identify exceptions (delays, inspection, detention) and escalate for resolution. Exception Alert coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, carriers and customer service for quick closure. Quality Improvement identify quality risks in cross-border operations, drive SOP optimization and standardization to reduce exception and repeat-complaint rates. About You Industry Experience: 5+ years Role Experience: 3+ years Education: Bachelor's degree or above Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English Professional Skills: Capable in cross-border customs operations and document review; familiar with full-chain cross-border logistics processes and customs documentation requirements; experience in logistics exception handling, quality improvement or process optimization projects preferred; strong risk identification, multi-party coordination and root cause analysis skills.
