As Warehouse Manager you will oversee comprehensive warehouse operations management in alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives. Develop warehousing strategies, process standards, and annual plans.
Lead and motivate a team to coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, cost optimisation, and team development to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
Develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives. Establish a comprehensive warehouse management system, design warehouse layouts, and plan equipment allocation to drive standardisation and intelligent upgrades, enhancing operational efficiency.
Oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment. Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimise task routing and resource allocation, and ensure smooth, error-free warehouse operations to minimise losses.
Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Implement safety protocols, address major incidents, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
Partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to align supply chain resources and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Extensive experience of warehouse operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).
