Job Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and optimize long-term strategic procurement plans covering European warehousing, trucking and last-mile courier services, aligning with the company's overall business development goals.
- Lead the identification, evaluation and onboarding of high-quality suppliers; deeply tap and integrate underlying trucking resources (FTL/LTL), warehousing resources and last-mile courier resources to build a comprehensive, stable and cost-competitive logistics supplier ecosystem.
- Lead complex negotiations on long-term cooperation agreements, pricing, SLAs and payment terms with core suppliers across warehousing, trucking and last-mile scenarios to achieve overall cost optimization and service quality upgrading.
- Establish and improve a systematic supplier management system, including performance evaluation, hierarchical management and incentive mechanisms, to drive continuous improvement of supplier service capabilities across all procurement scenarios.
- Monitor and conduct in-depth analysis of European logistics market trends (warehousing, trucking, last-mile), regulatory changes and industry risks; proactively adjust procurement strategies and propose effective risk prevention and control solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance and other departments to coordinate procurement resources across multiple scenarios and ensure the smooth operation of the end-to-end logistics supply chain.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in European integrated logistics procurement (covering warehousing, trucking and last-mile courier).
- Profound industry experience and in-depth insight into the European contract logistics market; extensive and high-quality local resources including underlying trucking resources, warehousing suppliers and last-mile courier service providers.
- Proven track record of successful strategic procurement planning and implementation across multiple logistics scenarios, with significant achievements in cost optimization and supplier ecosystem construction; excellent complex negotiation and contract management capabilities.
- Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure work environments; excellent problem-solving, decision-making and crisis management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills; must be fluent in English and Chinese.
- Strong strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities; proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
