Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of after‑sales and maintenance services for European civilian robots (including the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and other European countries), building an overseas after‑sales and maintenance operation system from scratch.
- Plan, design, and advance the construction of overseas maintenance centres, including compliant layout design, equipment configuration plans, as well as the formulation and implementation of procurement lists for maintenance tools, testing equipment, and spare parts.
- Define and launch a complete range of service products, including repair, warranty services, after‑sales debugging, on‑site installation, remote technical support, and product upgrades/refurbishments.
- Develop, standardise, and continuously optimise maintenance SOPs, covering key aspects such as fault diagnosis, disassembly, testing, calibration, safety checks, and quality acceptance.
- Build and maintain a fault‑diagnosis tree and troubleshooting guide based on the mechanical and electronic principles of robots, and iteratively update it with actual maintenance data.
- Establish and manage the spare‑parts strategy system, including BOM definition, safety‑stock setting, replenishment rules, and reverse logistics management of faulty parts.
- Coordinate with internal cross‑departmental teams (logistics, legal/compliance, customer service, product, finance, etc.) and external partners (OEM manufacturers, third‑party logistics, service providers, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient after‑sales and maintenance operations.
