About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media & Offline Events Manager to develop Joybuy UK's social media presence, lead influencer partnerships and execute offline activations that drive customer engagement, brand awareness and commercial performance. This is a hands-on role combining strategy and execution, where you'll own social media, influencer marketing and local activations to grow awareness, engage communities and support commercial performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Joybuy's social media presence
- Define and execute Joybuy's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Own the social content calendar, aligning content with commercial priorities, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Partner with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-native content.
- Monitor performance, analyse insights and continuously optimise content based on engagement, traffic and conversion metrics.
- Build and scale influencer partnerships
- Identify, recruit and manage influencers, creators and brand ambassadors aligned with Joybuy's brand.
- Develop long-term partnerships across different audience segments.
- Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and negotiation through execution and performance analysis.
- Track ROI and measure the impact of influencer activity on engagement, traffic and sales.
- Deliver impactful offline events
- Plan and execute offline events and brand activations that complement online campaigns and strengthen customer engagement.
- Coordinate agencies, venues and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
- Capture and repurpose event content across social channels to maximise reach and impact.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media and Influencer Marketing, managing social media channels and influencer campaigns.
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to execute directly: comfortable owning day-to-day social media management, personally identifying and engaging influencers, and coordinating offline events and brand activations from planning through delivery.
- Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion or E-commerce experience is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of how social media contributes to brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
