We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full-cycle recruitment process. This is a high-impact role where you will partner directly with business leaders and HRBPs to drive hiring strategy, deliver senior and specialist roles, and build JD.com's employer brand in the UK talent market. You will also play a key role in scaling our in-house TA capability as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Delivery
- Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles across functions from sourcing through to offer negotiation.
- Personally lead executive and senior-level searches (Director+, VP) in partnership with business leaders.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Talent Strategy & Employer Branding
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on workforce planning, role scoping, and market mapping.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Represent JD.com at talent events, university partnerships, and industry networks in the UK.
- Process & Data
- Drive TA metrics and reporting (time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity pipeline).
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and ATS usage to drive efficiency.
- Manage and optimize agency and RPO partnerships.
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Proactively build diverse talent slates and embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 3-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong experience covering the UK market; exposure to Supply Chain / Logistics / Retail / Tech hiring is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level searches and influence senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
Desirable
- Experience in Asian-headquartered multinationals or cross-cultural environments.
- Agency / executive search background is a plus (agency-to-in-house candidates welcome).
