About The Team

Anforderungsprofil
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch: Niveau B1 oder höher (verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift). Englisch: Niveau C1 oder höher (verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift). Chinesisch: Muttersprachniveau oder exzellente Kenntnisse.
- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement. Payment-Bereich: Vertrautheit mit Payment-Produkten, Zahlungsabläufen und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. PCI-DSS, PSD2). Retail-Erfahrung: Erfahrung im Online/Offline-Einzelhandel; Verständnis von O2O- und Omnichannel-Modellen. Erfahrung im multinationalen/interkulturellen Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.
- Fachkenntnisse: Sicher in Projektmanagement-Methodiken (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum etc.). Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana etc. Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und datengestützte Entscheidungsfindung. Exzellente Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
- Bildungsweg: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in Informatik, BWL, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich. Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PgMP oder vergleichbare sind wünschenswert.
