About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and ensure marketing projects are delivered on time.
  • Work closely with designers to brief, review, and manage creative assets for on-site marketing campaigns.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of on-site marketing activities, ensuring content, visuals, and promotional materials are accurate and well executed.
  • Monitor campaign performance and operational metrics, providing insights to support continuous optimisation.
  • As your capabilities develop, take ownership of planning and coordinating smaller marketing campaigns and operational projects.

About You

Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and is comfortable working with data to support decision-making. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute operational tasks with a high level of accuracy. Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow from operational execution into marketing planning and campaign management.
