About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

  • Fulfillment Network Design: Develop comprehensive B2B/BBC/BC fulfillment strategies for industrial products across cross-border and local markets. Establish end-to-end inventory and logistics processes with standardized operational protocols to create an optimized supply chain framework.
  • Performance Analytics Framework: Implement a robust supply chain KPI system to monitor operational metrics, identify anomalies through data analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced supply chain stability.
  • Logistics Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic logistics partnerships while monitoring cost and service performance. Develop targeted improvement plans to reduce expenses and enhance service reliability.
  • Customer-Centric Optimization: Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer insights research to identify improvement opportunities across supply chain touchpoints, elevating service quality and competitive positioning.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Leverage digital solutions to streamline operations, with particular focus on inventory and fulfillment process innovation to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fulfillment network design and end-to-end supply chain optimization across B2B and cross-border environments.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain KPI development, performance analytics, and data-driven continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners, including cost control, SLA management, and service performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, warehousing, transportation planning, and standardized operational process design.
  • Experience conducting competitive benchmarking and translating customer insights into supply chain enhancements.
  • Hands-on experience with digital supply chain tools (ERP, WMS, TMS, BI platforms) and leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-regional environments.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
