About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
What You'll Do
- Business Analysis & Diagnostic Insights: Conduct holistic business performance analysis by establishing a monitoring framework for core financial metrics (revenue, cost, P&L). Generate periodic diagnostic reports to identify operational anomalies, propose actionable recommendations, and drive initiatives to enhance overall business health.
- Risk Management Framework: Map business process vulnerabilities and implement a risk assessment framework. Strengthen internal controls through cross departmental compliance audits and corrective actions, ensuring regulatory adherence and mitigating operational risks.
- Process Optimization & Standardization: Streamline workflows and develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs). Facilitate organization-wide training and knowledge dissemination to enhance interdepartmental coordination and operational consistency.
- Data Governance & Decision Enablement: Design a comprehensive data monitoring platform and optimize data infrastructure. Digitize analytical reporting to accelerate insights generation, leveraging data governance practices to strengthen decision-making precision and agility.
About You
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, Business, or related quantitative field. Preferably students in final semester, graduating in 2026/2027.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship.
- Related experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sector.
- High proficiency in SQL, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-structuring, and data analysis capabilities. Detail-oriented and highly responsible; comfortable processing and cleaning large volumes of raw data.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
