Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone outreach, interview scheduling, and end‑to‑end recruitment process follow‑up.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct phone, video and routine communications with candidates to understand their career intentions, maintain candidate relationships and improve candidate experience.
  • Business Alignment: Support requirement alignment with business teams, interview coordination and recruitment progress tracking to ensure smooth delivery of hiring workflows.
  • AI‑powered Work: Proactively leverage AI tools to boost efficiency in information sorting and data analysis; explore AI use cases within HR and recruitment scenarios. Leverage AI coding assistants to drive measurable improvements in productivity.
  • Data & Project Support: Assist with recruitment data consolidation, talent market research, talent mapping and other ad‑hoc recruitment project tasks.
  • Recruitment Operations: Support candidate sourcing and talent pipeline building in response to business hiring demands, and deliver timely support for hiring requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a full‑time Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Strong AI Literacy: Proficient in using AI tools; self‑driven to apply AI for efficiency improvement and problem‑solving, with curiosity toward new AI technologies.
  • Sharp Learning & Problem‑solving Ability: Quick‑witted, fast learner with strong adaptability and outstanding problem‑solving skills.
  • Solid Communication Skills: Excellent verbal expression and cross‑party coordination skills. Comfortable with phone‑based candidate outreach and collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • English Proficiency: Good command of English (reading, writing, listening & speaking) for daily work communication. Overseas study, living or internship experience is a plus.
  • Resilience under Pressure: Stable mindset to handle unexpected scenarios in recruitment work. Maintain positive attitudes facing candidate last‑minute changes or rejections.
  • Strong Execution & Sense of Responsibility: High initiative and accountability, capable of fast response and driving task delivery.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior internship experience in recruitment, HR, internet, e‑commerce, cross‑border or global‑focused businesses is preferred.
