What You’ll Do

  • Support end‑to‑end payroll processing across multiple European countries
  • Take a key role in French payroll operations, working with internal teams and external providers
  • Assist with other European payrolls such as Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, UK, etc. (experience with Germany is a strong advantage)
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, and social security regulations
  • Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll queries
  • Contribute to streamlining and standardizing payroll processes across Europe

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 3 years of experience in in‑house global or European payroll
  • Hands‑on experience with French payroll is essential
  • Exposure to German payroll or other European payrolls is a plus
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and payroll vendors in a fast‑paced global environment
  • English required; additional European languages are a plus but not mandatory
