Key Responsibilities- Manage and inspire a team of around 15–20 designers, covering e-commerce graphic design, visual design, and brand creative directions, to provide comprehensive support for the Marketing Department.
- Establish efficient workflows and collaboration mechanisms to ensure smooth communication and high-quality project delivery across regions.
- Lead the creative direction and visual output for major marketing campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Mid-Year Sale, etc.).
- Guide team members in developing professional skills, career growth, performance evaluation, and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Design or related fields (Visual Design, Communication Design, UI/UX, Art & Design, etc.), with proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
- Over 8 years of relevant design experience, including at least 3 years in a design leadership or management role.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or internet platforms is preferred.
- Strong international perspective and cross-cultural management experience, with excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire creativity within the team.
