Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and inspire a team of 15–20 designers across e-commerce graphic design, visual design, and brand creative directions, providing comprehensive support for the Marketing Department.
  • Establish efficient workflows and collaboration mechanisms to ensure smooth communication and high-quality project delivery across regions.
  • Lead the creative direction and visual output for major marketing campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Mid-Year Sale).
  • Guide team members in professional skill development, career growth, performance evaluation, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Design or related fields (Visual Design, Communication Design, UI/UX, Art & Design, etc.) with proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
  • Over 8 years of relevant design experience, including at least 3 years in a design leadership or management role.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or internet platforms is preferred.
  • Strong international perspective and cross-cultural management experience, with excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire creativity within the team.
