We are looking for a skilled Copywriter to take ownership of central copy across multiple functions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all communications. This role will support marketing, communications, customer service, and partnership teams, with a focus on improving user engagement, retention, and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop multiple copy options for A/B testing across central lifecycle communications, including push notifications and email campaigns aimed at retention and re-engagement.
- Provide and review website and UX copy (on-site and in-app), including all transactional emails and marketing-owned content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a clear, consistent central tone-of-voice document, including tangible examples for banners, category promotions, email/push templates, and other customer touchpoints.
- Support the short-term development of key initiatives such as the homepage, ensuring copy is polished and aligned with overall brand standards.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail, tone, and clarity.
- Experience in UX, email, and marketing communications is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and adapt copy for different channels and audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This role has the potential to go permanent.
