Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze the needs of the local Chinese community in Europe, and develop assortment and sourcing strategies for frozen and fresh food categories.
- Work closely with local European brands and manufacturers to develop quarterly and monthly purchasing and replenishment plans, ensuring stable supply and healthy inventory structure.
- Manage approximately 800 SKUs at the front-end, including pricing strategy, promotion mechanisms, and clearance of near-expiry products to optimize overall inventory efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams across four European countries to execute key initiatives aligned with the marketing calendar and drive campaign performance.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in food sourcing or procurement; experience in fresh or frozen categories is highly preferred.
- Existing relationships with European suppliers or factories are a plus.
- Strong execution ability and fast learning capability, able to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solid financial and business acumen, with strong understanding of margin, cash flow, and SKU structure optimization.
- Excellent negotiation skills, logical thinking, and data analysis capabilities; strong cost calculation ability.
