  • Responsible for managing fixed assets and consumables in the self-operated warehouse.
  • Handle procurement-related tasks for the warehouse; support the warehouse manager in liaising with the headquarters sourcing team to complete supplier onboarding, local procurement, acceptance, and cost settlement.
  • Communicate labor planning needs with local staffing agencies, track labor attendance, and manage the LMS (Labor Management System) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle cost accruals for the self-operated warehouse.
