Job Description We are a dynamic e-commerce company expanding into the UK market with plans to establish our own delivery network. To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced Logistics & Last-Mile Network Design Manager to lead the design and implementation of an efficient, scalable, and customer-centric delivery network. Role Summary: The Logistics & Last-Mile Network Design Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing the end-to-end logistics network for our operations. This role involves strategic planning of parcel transit points, sortation locations, transportation methods, and delivery routes, ensuring cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Network Design: Develop a comprehensive logistics and last-mile delivery network, including transit points, sortation hubs, and delivery nodes. Transportation Strategy: Define and recommend the best transportation methods for each section of the delivery process, from inbound to last mile.
