This role is embedded within frontline operations, requiring close collaboration with business departments to ensure the effective planning, usage, and optimization of assets and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of fixed asset and consumable materials management across various business units, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and lifecycle control.
- Collaborate deeply with operational teams to understand real-time needs and usage scenarios, optimizing procurement and deployment efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes and training materials for asset and consumables management, ensuring frontline adoption and compliance.
- Design and implement cost-effective procurement strategies that support business continuity and operational goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve resource utilization, reduce waste, and drive data-driven decision-making.
