JD Logistics is looking for a passionate and results-driven Lead Recruiter to join our team in Luton, UK. Key Responsibilities

  • Volume Hiring & Industry Expertise: Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns using innovative, scalable techniques. Utilize your deep logistics and supply chain knowledge to attract specialized talent.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the logistics and supply chain landscape.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
  • Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns and utilize direct sourcing strategies effectively.
