Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutual benefits and competitive terms. Performance Tracking : Track and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing regular updates to management. Industry Representation : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ~5+ years of experience in sales or key account management within the logistics or supply chain industry. ~ Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory for this role. ~ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts. ~ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools. ~ Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. ~ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
